- to ensure that all employees, clients and suppliers are informed of and actively support our sustainability, social and ethical goals and objectives.
- to ensure that we only purchase from suppliers who adhere to our values on sustainability and the environment and that carry the necessary accreditation such as FSC
- to foster a safe environment for employees and promote a socially and ethically responsible culture throughout the company
- to identify environmental and social risks and impacts related to our business operations and take effective action to mitigate them
We take an active role in the local community, donating to many local charities each year. We use local supply chains whenever possible and liaise with all the local schools, colleges and Universities offering placements, tours and apprenticeships.
